| 2009 Sparring & From Competition and New Years Party Photographs On Thursday, December 17, 2009, we began our 2009 Championship competition at 6PM starting with Form competition. Taekwondo students of all levels participated in what proved to be a very challenging event. On Friday, December 18, 2009, we held our Sparring competition at 6PM. What an exciting event it was. If you did not attend the Form competition, this is one you should not have missed, even if you did not participate. On Saturday, January 16, 2010, we completed our sparring competition, were amazed at the Taekwondo demonstration and partied until we could not eat any more. We had a great year at America's Best Taekwondo Center and look forward to excelling even more in this new year.
