2011 Tae Kwon Do Group Photo
Hi everyone, this is Mr. Gilvey hear to say Happy New Year and to let you know you can download the photo I took during the 2011 holiday party. After 8 hours of photo retouching and compositing it's ready to be displayed on your computer desktop. Choose from two different sizes below:

• 17" monitor (old style monitor)
• 1280 x 768px (new style monitor)

When the image displays in the window that opens, All you have to do is right-click and select "save as" and point it to your desktop.

Once it is on your computer, read through your computer instructions for how to make it a desktop picture. That's it!

TKD Fun Pak
This file contains Taekwondo illustrations that children can color, paint and then hang on the wall. There is even a word-search game and a crossword puzzle for teenagers and adults to test their knowledge of Taekwondo terms.

TAEKWONDO TIGER RULES FOR CHILDREN
There are 8 rules for children that Master Nam teaches in class. Now you can make those rules part of your home with this poster. Just click on one of the tiger images above to download a PDF document that your child can color or paint. Then hang it on the wall.

Each file comes with one page in black & white (for coloring or painting) and one page in full color. Available in 11" x 17" tabloid (left graphic above) or 8.5" x 11" letter size (right graphic above).

RADIO TKD
Now you can download the music of America's Best Tae Kwon Do Center!

You may have heard Master Nam play one of these songs during testing or demonstration events—now you can have your own copy. There are two versions of the song "Confidence" in this module. One features Master Nam's voice combined with music making for a real "pick-me-up" when you need it. The other is the same, without Master Nam's voice.

You will need the Macromedia Flash plug-in to play this file. Once you have the file open, simply click the track you want to hear (download is not currently available in CD quality audio).
